
Ingredients
Soya Chunks – 50 gram
Onion – 2 – ( chopped very small)
Garlic – 5 cloves ( chopped )
Ginger – 1 small piece ( chopped)
Green chillies – 1 tea spoon ( chopped)
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Salt / water – As required
Coriander leaves – little bit
Corn Flour – ¼ tea spoon diluted in little water
Fresh Cream – If necessary
Method of preparation
Soak the soya in water and cook it . After that clean it in cold water for 2 to 3 times. Then drain out the water completely by squeezing the Chunks. Once the water get completely drained out, cut the chunks into small pieces and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add all the cut ingredients ( ginger, garlic , green chillies and onion ) and saute. Also add the salt. Then add all the powdered ingredients ( chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder ) and fry. On getting fried, add the cooked soya along with required water and cook it by closing the lid. When it is getting cooked add the corn flour batter in order to make the gravy thick. If required add fresh cream. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and mix. Can remove from the flames. Soya Chunks Curry is ready for serving
