Soya Bean – 100 gram
Onion – 2
Chilly Powder – 3
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Meat masala – 1 spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Oil – 5 spoon
Salt – to taste

Method of preparation

Put soy chunks into the boiled water and soak it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove from water and completely squeeze out the water from it. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder , salt and mix well. add it to the chunks and fry it by adding two spoon of oil. Cut the onion into small pieces. add the Slit green chilly and curry leaves and three spoon of oil and saute it for 3 minutes. Add the meat masala . fried soy and mix it for one minute and can remove from the stove.
