Soya – 100 gram
Onion – 2
Green chilly – 3
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Meat masala – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – 1 strand
oil – 5 spoon
salt – as required

Method of preparation

Put the soya into the boiled water for five minutes and soak. Then drain out the water completely by squeezing it and cut it into pieces. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix. Later heat a pan. Add two spoon of oil and fry the soya .
Cut the onion into small pieces. Slit the green chilly into two, add the cut onion and green chilly into the soya. Then add oil and keep it in the stove for three minutes and stir. Add meat masala fried soya, and mix it for one more minute. Later remove from the stove.
