
Ingredients
Sausage – cut round and thick – 6
Ginger – cut long – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – paste – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – cut slantingly – 2
Shallots – 3 cloves
Curry leaves – 2 leaves
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Tomato – cut into small pieces – 1
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan . add shallots, green chilly, ginger and fry. Add garlic and fry for some time. Then add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and fry. Add the cut sosage and cook. On getting cooked add salt. Switch off the flame and add garam masala, coriander leaves, tomato and mix.
