
Ingredients:
Savala – 1/4 kg
Dried chilly – 20
Oil – 1/4 cup
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Salt – as needed
Preparation:
Cut the savala into pieces. Add oil in a pan and add the dried chilly to it. Add the savala to the pan and saute till it returns brown. grind chilly and salt and mix well. Add the savala along with the oil to the grinder and grind well. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan, add mustard and curry leaves and add to the grinded mix.
