Ingredients

Lady’s Finger – 100 gram
Potato – 200 Gram
Onion – 100 gram
Drum Stick – 100 gram
Green Chilly – 25 Gram
Tomato – 100 gram
Split Gram ( Thuvaram Parippu) – 300 gram
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 100 gram
Chilly powder – 50 gram
Fenugreek powder – 1 tea spoon
Mustard Seed – 50 gram
Asafoetida – 15 gram
Tamarind – 50 Gram
Salt – To Taste
Dried Chilly – 10 no
Coconut oil – 50 Gram
Curry leaves – 2 strip

Method of preparation

Cook the Split gram, turmeric powder and green chilly . Then add the cut vegetables into it and cook for some more time. On getting cooked add the filtered tamarind juice. Asafeotida, chilly powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, and boil it for some more time and can remove from the flame. Heat Oil in a separate pan and fry mustard seed, dried chilly, curry leaves and pour it in sambar and mix.
