
Ingredients
Chilly powder – 1 Spoon
Coriander powder – 2 spoon
Pepper Powder – 1 spoon
Jaggery – 25 gram
Asafeotida – 10 gram
Cumin powder – 1 spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Tomato – 100 gram
Tamarind – 100 gram
Coriander Leaves – 10 gram
Lemon – 1 no
Split Gram Cooked Water – 3 Nazhi
Method of preparation
Extract the Juice from the Tamarind, add turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, jaggery, curry leaves, asafoetida, chopped tomato, cumin powder and boil it. Add the Split gram cooked water and again boil for some time. Then add the fried mustard seed. Also add the lemon juice and Coriander leaves
