
Ingredients
Refined Oil – 3 table spoon
White channa (kadala) – 100 gram
Onion – 2 big
Tomato – 3 small
Green chilly – 2
Ginger – 1 small piece
Turmeric powder , garam masala powder – ½ tea spoon each
Chilly powder, cumin powder – 1 tea spoon each
Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
Salt, coriander leaves chopped – as required
Lemon – ½ portion
Tea powder – 1 table spoon
Tamarind juice – as required
Method of preparation
Soak the channa in water and cook. Heat oil in a tawa add cumin seed and fry. Then add chopped ginger and mix. keep the stove in very low flames , add chilly powder, coriander powder , turmeric powder and mix. then add cooked channa, required salt and water , half glass of tea dust water and cook. When the gravy get thickened add garam masala and remove it from the stove. Transfer the content into the vessel you prefer to serve the curry. Decorate it with finely chopped green chillies, onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Also add little lemon juice. Then mix it together and can serve.
