Refined oil – 3 table spoon
White channa – 100 gram
Onion – 2 nos big
Tomato – 3 nos small
Green chilly – 2
Ginger – 1 small piece
Turmeric powder, garam masala powder – ½ tea spoon each
Chilly powder, cumin seed , coriander powder – 1 tea spoon each
Salt , coriander leaves – as required
Lemon – ½ portion
Tea powder – 1 table spoon
Tamarind juice – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the channa in water and cook. Take a pan and pour refined oil. When it gets heated add cumin seed and fry well. Then add the finely chopped ginger and mix. keep the flames in low and add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and turmeric powder and mix. then add the cooked channa , required salt and tamarind juice. Then add half glass of tea water and boil . when the gravy gets thickened add the garam masala . Can remove from the stove. Take a bowl suitable to serve the curry and transfer the curry into bowl. Above it you can decorate with chopped green chilly, onion , tomato and coriander leaves. While serving you can add little lemon juice and mix.
