Prawn, peeled and washed – 10
Mushroom – two
Ginger, garlic sliced – ¼ teaspoon each
Green chilly – half piece
Corn Flour – 10 gm
Carrot, Capsicum. Cabbage cut into one inch size – four pieces each
Celery – four pieces
Soya Sauce – One teaspoon
Oyster sauce – half teaspoon
Flower Powder – two pinch
Kashmir Chilly powder – half teaspoon
Egg white – half quantity of one egg
Salt – as required
Sugar – a little
White pepper powder – One pinch
Coriander leaves – half teaspoon
Oil – 5 ml


Heat oil in a vessel and add sliced prawn, mushroom, garlic, ginger, chilly, celery, carrot, cabbage, capsicum and Kashmir chilly. When the whole thing gets heated up pour the water and bring to boil. Add sugar, salt, pepper powder, flower powder, soya sauce and oyster sauce and stir well. Add corn flour mixed in water and bring to boil. When it has become moderately thick, garnish with coriander leaves and use.
