1.Pine Apple – 1
2.Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
3.Dried chilly – 2
4.Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
5.Curry leaves – 2 strip
6.Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
7.Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
8.Grated coconut – 1 cup
9.Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
10.Garlic – 2 cloves

Method of preparation

Cut the pineapple into very small pieces. heat oil in a pan . add dried chilly, mustard seed, curry leaves and fry. Add the cut pineapple, salt and then close the lid for ten minutes and cook. Later
Grind the remaining ingredients and pour the paste into the cooked pineapple. Then mix it for 2 minutes in low flame and can remove from the flames. Can serve hot
