Ingredients

Pine Apple cut into small pieces – 1
Mustard seed ( little) Onion ( 8 nos) Coconut ( half) – Grinded together
Green chillies
Dried chilly
Curry leaves
Salt
Curd
Coconut oil

Method of preparation

Peel of the Skin of the Pine apple and cut into very small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, dried chilly, curry leaves and fry. Add pine apple into it. Also add the green chillies ( cut In round) . Stir it well and cook it for some time by adding required water. Prepare a paste by grinding Coconut, onion, and mustard seed, Add this fine paste into the cooking pine apple and mix well. When it get boiled pour the curd ( not much sour) and stir well. After adding the curd don’t boil the pachadi. When it get heated you can remove the kichadi from flames. And can serve.
