Bitter gourd – chopped – 2 cup
Coconut – cut into small pieces – ½ cup
Chopped green chillies – 4
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Coconut oil

Method of Preparation

clean the chopped bitter gourd. then add chilly powder, green chilly, coconut pieces, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Keep it aside. then after some time fry this in low flame. You can serve this along with rice.
