Ingredients

Fried Pappadam – 2
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 2
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Dry mango powder- 1 tea spoon
Salt
Coriander leaves
Oil

Method of preparation
Make the fried pappadam into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion into it and sauté. This should be fried till it become light brown colour.
Add cumin powder into it and mix. Later add coriander leaves, dry mango powder, salt, green chilly into it and mix. Add the fried pappadam pieces into it and mix.
Mix it for one or two minutes and remove it from the stove . add coriander leaves and serve.
