Papaya – Cut into small pieces – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 2 spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strings
Mustard seed – 1 spoon
Dried chilly – 2 no
Salt – As required
Oil – As required

Method of preparation :

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed , dried chilly and allow to splutter. Then add curry leaves chilly powder and saute . then add papaya pieces , little coconut oil and cook by covering it. Don’t add water while cooking. After one minutes can add little more oil and can remove from the stove. The papaya will get cooked easily in oil itself.
