Papaya ( cut into pieces ) – 1 cup
Vanpayar ( soaked ) – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required
Coconut – grated – 2 cup
Garlic – 5 cloves
Shallots – 2
Cumin seeds – ½ spoon
Oil – 1 table spoon
Mustard seed, dried chilly, curry leaves – required to splutter

Method of preparation

Take the papaya, vanpayar, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook it. After getting cooked smash it thoroughly. Then grind 1 ½ cup of coconut, garlic, shallots and cumin seed together.
Add the paste into the cooked papaya smashed mix. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, dried chilly, curry leaves and allow to splutter. Then add the remaining half cup of coconut and fry. Then add it
To the cooked papaya mix and serve
