Paneer – ½ Kilo ( cut into small pieces)
Oil – ¼ cup
Mustard seed – ¼ tea spoon
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
Ginger – 1 tea spoon ( cut into small pieces)
Kismis – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Sugar – ½ tea spoon
Lemon juice – of half portion

Method of preparation

Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, cumin seed and allow to splutter. Then add ginger, paneer and kismis into it and fry. Then add water and cook. When it get cooked add sugar and lemon juice and mix it. Then remove it from the flames
