1.Paneer ( cubes ) 200 gram
2.Tomato ( peeled off the skin and grinded ) – 5 nos
3.Water – ½ litre
4.Onion – 1
5.Garlic ( crushed ) 3 cloves
6.Butter – 1 table spoon
7.Maida – 2 table spoon
8.Water – as required
9.Onion – 2 table spoon
10.Pepper powder – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add the paneer cubes and fry it till it become light brown colour and keep it aside. Take another pan and heat the butter , add the chopped garlic , onions , tomato paste , water and required salt and boil. When it starts to boil add the pepper powder and maida mixed in water and stir well. When the essence get thicker you can remove it from the stove and can serve.
