Peas ( cooked ) – one cup
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – ½ tea spoon
Paneer – 100 gram
Ginger ( grated ) – one cup
Green chilly ( cut small) – 3
Tomato ( chopped small) – 2
Tamarind juice – 2 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Coriander powder – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Cream – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Salt , oil – as required

Method of preparation

Cook the ginger, green chilly, tamarind juice, tomato together and grind it to make paste. Cook the paneer by adding salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a frying pan . add the tomato mixture and sauté. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and mix. fry it till the oil get separated. Add cream, salt and little sugar and mix. cook it in low flame. When the gravy starts to get boiled add the cooked peas and mix. On getting boiled you can remove it from the stove.
