Paneer – 250 gram
Onion – 3
Tomato – 2
Green Chilly – 5
Ginger – cut into small pieces
Garlic – 10 cloves
Turmeric powder – ½ spoon
Coriander leaves – 1 spoon
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Meat masala – 1 spoon
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Cut the Paneer into small pieces. Slice the onion and tomato into very thin pieces. Heat the oil in a pan . add paneer and fry till it becomes light brown colour and keep it aside. In the same oil fry onion, ginger, garlic paste and fry for some time. Then add green chillies, masala powder and salt. Stir this properly and again fry it by adding tomato. When the masala got properly fried add the paneer cubes and cook it by adding slight water by closing the lid. When the masala get coated properly with panner cubes you can remove from the flames. Add the coriander leaves above it and can serve.
