Ingredients:

Paneer – 100 gm
Potato boiled – 2 cup
Savala – 1
Ginger – 1
Corriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Jeera powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Oil – As needed
For Gravy :
Oil – as needed
Savala – 1
Garlic – 2 piece
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Cashewnut – 500 gm
Salt – as needed
Corriander leaves – 1/4 cup

Preparation:
Mix paneer, savala, ginger, corriander leaves, jeera powder and salt together and make balls out of it. Fry this balls in oil. Sort savala and garlic, Add cashewnut, turmeric powder and corriander leaves. Pour the gravy on top of the kofta and serve.
