Paneer – 200 gram
Onion – 2
Tomato – 2
Curd – one cup
Ginger- garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – 4
Red chilly – 2
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Vayanaila – 1
Coriander leaves
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add paneer pieces and fry for some time. Take out the fried paneer peices and keep it separate. Add vayanaila, red chillies into the oil and fry. Then add the onions and fry. It should be fried till it becomes golden brown colour. Add ginger – garlic paste , chopped tomato into it. Stir it well and add chilly powder, salt, garam masala and cook it for some time. Heat an clay pot and transfer the cooked masala into it. Heat it in reduced flame. Add curd and mix. then add fried paneer cubes and mix. cook this for some time and remove from the flames. Decorate it with coriander leaves.
