Paneer – 1 liter ( made from the milk)
Cashew Nut – 100 gram
Grated coconut – 2 table spoon
Oil – to fry
Tomato – 100 gram chopped
Bay leaf – 2
Sugar , turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon each
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves – little
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the paneer into small pieces and fry it oil till it become red colour. Clean the cashew Nut and soak it in water for one hour. Then drain out the water completely and make it dry. take a frying pan. Add two table spoon of Oil into it and heat. Add bay leaf, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilly powder into it and mix. Then add the grated coconut into it and fry. Later add tomato and curd into it. When the gravy gets thickened add the paneer pieces into it and cook it in low flame for five minutes. After five minutes, remove from the stove. Then decorate with coriander leaves and serve
