Paneer cubes – 1/4 kg
Capsicum – 1
Maida – 1/4 cup
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Tandoori chicken masala – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Corrinader leaves

Cut capsicum to small pieces. Make a paste with corriander leaves, maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, salt, tandoori masala. Add paneer and capsicum to this. Heat oil in a pan. Add the paneer mix to the oil and fry. Serve hot.
