Paneer – 300 gram
Carrot – 4 nos
Beans – 3 nos
Drum Stick – 2 no
Grated coconut – 4 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 spoon
Chilly powder – 2 spoon
Cumin seed – 1 spoon
Garlic – 4 cloves
Coconut oil – 4 spoon
Salt – As required
Curry Leaves – As required

Method of Preparation

Cut the Paneer into small pieces. Cut the drum stick also into small pieces. Chop the Beans and carrot into very small pieces. Grind the cumin seed, garlic and curry leaves.and make a paste. Mix the cut paneer, Beans, carrot, drum stick , grated coconut, turmeric powder, chilly powder and keep it aside. Also add the paste of cumin seed, garlic and curry leaves and coconut oil. Then pour the required water into it and cook it. Paneer Aviayal is Ready.
