Paneer cubes – ½ kilo
Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Maida (All Purpose flour) – 1 tea spoon
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Chat masala – ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Take all the ingredients except oil and panner and make paste by adding required water. Then add the chopped coriander leaves into it. Take a pan and boil oil. Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and fry it till it becomes light brown colour. Paneer 65 ready. Serve hot along with sauce.
