
Ingredients
1. Soya Chunks ( cooked and crushed) – ½ cup
Potato ( boiled and smashed) -1
Paneer ( cut into pieces) – ¼ cup
Green peas ( cooked ) – 2 table spoon
Urud dal ( white ) – ¼ cup
2. Onion ( chopped) – 1
Ginger ( cut into small pieces) – 1 spoon
Garlic ( cut into small pieces) – 1 spoon
Capsicum ( cut into small cubes) – 2 table spoon
Pepper Powder – ½ spoon
Meat masala – ½ tea spoon
Tomato (chopped ) – 1 big
3. Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – as required
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
4. Coconut milk ( onnam pal) – ¾ cup
Coriander leaves ( chopped ) – 2 table spoon
5. Oil – to Fry
Method of preparation
Soak the Urud dal in water and later grind it in a mixer to become thick paste. Then add little salt and knead it. Make the batter into small balls and deep fry it. Take a pan. Add two spoons of coconut oil and heat. while getting heat add the second mentioned ingredients and fry it till it become brown colour. Then add soya chunks, potato, green peas and also add two cup of water . then add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and boil it. When it get set add the panner cubes , uzhunnu vada and coconut milk and mix well. Then remove it from the flames. Decorate with chopped coriander leaves and can serve
