Pachathakkali Thoran - AdukkalaIngredients:

Pachathakkali – 250 gram
Onion sliced – 6 nos
Coconut grated – ¼ cup
Green chillies – Sliced round
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – As required
Curry leaves / Salt – as required
Ginger – chopped small – 1 tsp

Preparation:

Take a kadai and boil the oil. Put the mustard seed, curry leaves, shallots, green chillies, ginger and fry for some time. When it get half fried add thakkali and then sauté well. Once the thakkali get fried put the grated coconut and can take out from the stove.
