Green chilly ( pachamulaku) – 1 kilo
Gingerly oil – 400 milli
Tamarind – ¼ kilo
Fenugreek powder, mustard powder, sesame seed powder – 50 gram each
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the green chillies and slit into two pieces. Take a kadai and add little oil. Add the green chillies into it and saute. Soak the tamarind in little water and take out the juice. Add the tamarind juice into the chillies. Add the fenugreek seed powder, mustard powder, hing and mix well. Later pour the heated oil into it and store it in Bharani. Can use whenever you require.
