Onion – 2
Tomato – 5
Shallots – 3
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
Salt
Curry leaves
Method of preparation
Clean the onion and Tomato and chop it to small pieces. Then grind the same in a mixer by adding salt and shallots. It should be grinded without adding water. Take a pan and heat the coconut oil. Add mustard seed and splutter. Add the curry leaves, when the water get little drained remove from the stove. You can serve this onion tomato chutney along with Idli, and Dosa
