Ingredients

1.Onion – 250 gram
2.Ghee – 30 gram
3.White sauce – 5 milli
4.Salt, pepper – as required
5.Roasted bread – 50 gram

Method of preparation

1.Chop the onions and fry it in ghee till it becomes red colour
2.Add the white sauce, salt, pepper and required water and cook it in low flame till the onion become thick paste.
3.Put this content into a plate and decorate it with roasted bread on top of it.
4.The spread the grated cheese above it and grill it. When the cheese gets melt and becomes red colour take out and serve
