
Ingredients
Butter – 2 spoon
Onion chopped small – 1
Oats – ½ cup
Chicken Kuzhambu – 6 cup
Salt , pepper powder – as required
Coriander leaves – 3 tea spoon
Method of preparation
Chicken kuzhambu – take one kilo chicken and one kilo of vegetables fried in oil. Add four liters of water and boil it for five hours. Then filter and take out the syrup. After preparing this you keep refrigerate it . Heat butter in a pan. Fry the onions. Add chicken kuzhambu and oats and cook it on the regulated heat. salt, pepper powder and coriander leaves can be added.
