Ingredients

Goose berry Raw – 10
Kanthari Mulagu ( chilly) – 20
Tamarind – 10 gram
Coconut – 1 cup
Curry leaves – chopped – ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves – chopped – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – 3
Salt
Coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Steam the gooseberry. After that remove the seeds and crush it by using mixer. Then Add kanthari mulaku, salt, coconut tamarind, coriander leaves, curry leaves, garlic and make paste. Remove the paste from the mixer and add little coconut oil and mix. Nellikka chammanthi is ready.
