Mutton bones – ½ kilo ( to prepare soup)
Shallots – 10 ( cut into four pieces)
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander seed – 3 tea spoon
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Pepper – 3 tea spoon
Fenugreek seed – 1 tea spoon
Ginger – 1 small piece ( crushed)
Salt – as required

Method of preparation
Clean the mutton bones well. Put it in a cooker. Add turmeric powder, and shallots pieces. Crush the coriander, cumin , pepper, ginger in a mixer . add this mixture into the bones . also add fenugreek seed and water and cook it for twenty minutes. As per your requirement add salt and pepper powder and can serve. This dish is rich in protein
