
Ingredients
Roasted Horse Gram (Muthira ) – 1 cup
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Shallots – 4 nos
Tamarind – as required
Green chilly – 2 nos
Ginger – one small piece
Curry leaves – one strip
Salt – as required
Coconut oil – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation
Grind the above ingredients to make a paste. Transfer the content into a vessel. After that pour one spoon of coconut oil above the paste. Muthira chammanthy is ready
