
Ingredients:
Mushroom – 1 cup
Savala – 1
Ginger – Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 1
Cashewnut – 6
Patta – 1
Clove – 1
Cardamom – 2
Pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Corrinader powder – 1tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Kasoori mathi – 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Corriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Fresh cream – 1/4 cup
Preparation method:
Grind the tomato well after soaking in hot water for some time. Grind the soaked cashewnuts. Cook the spices in oil and grind well. Sort savala and garlic ginger paste. Add tomato and cashewnut paste to this along with the spice powders. Cook the mushroon in water with some salt. Add kasthoori methi to this when it is cooked. Serve in a bowl. Add fresh cream on top and some corriander leaves.
