Ingredients

Mushroom – 2 cup
Onion – 2 nos
Green chillies – 2 nos
Potato – 2 nos
Tomato – 2 nos
Garlic – 3 cloves
Ginger – one piece
Garam masala – ½ spoon
Vinegar – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves – little
Oil , salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry. Grind ginger, green chilly and garlic to fine paste. add the boiled potato and mushroom into the oil and fry. Mix well . when it gets fried well add 2 cup of water and required salt. After some time add the prepared paste and cook. When the water get drained add the garam masala powder . cook it for some more time till the water get drained. Remove from the stove and decorate with coriander leaves and can serve hot
