Onion – 1
Maida ( all purpose flour) – 3 spoon
Corn flour – 1 spoon
Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
Garlic – Paste – 1 spoon
Tomato Ketchup – 1 spoon
Soy sauce – ½ spoon
Chinese chilly sauce – 1 spoon
Vinegar – 1 spoon

Method of preparation

Mix Maida , corn flour, pepper powder, salt and make a thick batter by adding required water. Clean the Mushroom thoroughly. Wipe out the water particles from the mushroom. Dip the mushroom in flour mix batter and fry it in oil till it get cooked. Take another vessel and pour 2 spoons of oil . add onion, garlic and fry. Add all the sauces , vinegar , little pepper powder and required salt and mix well. If required can add little water and can allow this to boil. Add the fried and mix well. Can add the coriander leaves before using.
