Muringapoo chopped – 2 cup
Shallots – 1 table spoon
Green chilly – 4
Mustard seed – 1 spoon
Urud dal – 1 spoon
Kadala parippu – 1 spoon
Garam masala – ¼ spoon
Grated coconut – 1 ½ table spoon
Curry leaves – as required
Oil – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Take a vessel. Pour four cup of water and boil it. when it starts boiling add the chopped muringapoo into it and close the lid. After five minutes remove it from the stove and drain out the water completely. Take another pan and heat oil. Add mustard seed into it and allow to splutter, then add urud dal, kadalaparippu into it. when it gets red colour add shallots, green chillies into it. when this get fried and gets red colour add masala and gratedcoconut into it and then add muringapoo and mix. When the water gets drained remove it from the stove.
