
Ingredients
Muringaila ( Drumstick leaves ) – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato (small ) -1
green chillies -5
Garlic cloves – 5
Coconut Grated ½ cup
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Oil -1 table spoon
mustard seeds -1 tea spoon
Dry chilly -2
Salt – to taste
Method of cooking
Grind the coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies to make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan . Add mustard seeds and red chillies and splutter it. Add Chopped Onion and sauté well. Then add the Drumstick leaves (muraingaila) . After that add the sliced tomato , garlic paste and sauté well. Then add the grinded paste and salt and allow it to boil. When it starts to boil , turn off the stove.
