Mulaku Curry


Green Chilies – 250 gm
Dry Red Chilly – 1
Mustard Seeds : 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil
Tamarind Water – 1/4 cup
Curry Leaves


Heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped green chilies and keep it aside. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek and red chilly and allow to splutter. Add curry leaves, tamarind water, salt, and fried green chilies. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Mulaku Curry is ready.
