Stock – 3 ½ cup
Mutton chopped – ½ cup
Tomato – 2
Onion – ½ cup
Curry leaves – little
Garlic – 4 gloves
Ginger, cinnamon – one piece each
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Coriander , pepper, cumin powder – ½ spoon each

Method of preparation

Take a big vessel. Add stock and mutton pieces and cook it till it becomes soft. When the stock gets boiled add the remaining ingredients. Then again allow it to boil in reduced flame. Boil it till the mutton pieces get cooked. Then filter and add the mutton pieces. Add little lemon juice into the hot soup and remove from the stove. Add the thick coconut milk and serve.
