Ingredients

Motha (fish) ( chopped thin) – 50 gram
Kappa ( tapioca) – cut into very thin pieces – 150 gram
Carrot ( cut thin ) 50 gram
Cucumber ( cut thin) – 50 gram
Drum stick – 50 gram
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Shallots – 100 gram
Green chilly – 6
Mustard seed – 5 gram
Cumin seed – 10 gram
Turmeric powder – 15 gram
Red Chilly powder – 5 gram
Tamarind juice – 25 milli
Coconut oil – 100 milli

Method of preparation
Cook the vegetables, and cleaned motha fish separately by adding salt and turmeric powder. After that take the coconut, cumin seed, curry leaves , shallots, green chillies and the red chilly powder and grind it to paste.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seed, fenugreek seeds and allow to splutter, after that add the paste and tamarind juice and boil. When it get boiled add the cooked vegetables and mix. after some time add crystal salt and fish . pour the coconut oil above it
