Ingredients

1. Onion – cut in square pieces – 25 gram
2. Capsicum- cut in square pieces – 25 gram
3. Baby corn, broccoli, cauliflower petals – 25 gram each
4. Mushroom, sushini – pieces – 25 gram each
5. Carrot , Beans pieces – 25 gram each
6. Onion , chilly chopped – 10 gram each
7. Celery, ginger chopped – 2 tea spoon
8. Soy sauce – 3 tea spoon
9. Pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
10. Spring onion chopped – 2

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add the ingredients from one to seven and saute. Later add the ingredients eight and nine and add little water and boil. When the vegetables get boiled and the water gets drained remove it from the stove.
