
Ingredients:
Kumbalam – 1/2 kg
Savala – 1
Green chilly – 4
Ginger – a small piece
Coconut milk (1st milk) – 1/2 glass
Second milk – 1 1/2 glass
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt
Preparation:
Cook well kumbalam, savala, green chilly, grinded ginger and salt in the second milk. Add pepper powder to first milk and add to this. When it begins to boil, add curry leaves and oil and remove from stove.
