
Ingredients:
Masoor dal – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Refined oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – a pinch
Savala – 1
Green chilly – 2
Tomato – 1
Fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
Lime juice – of a lemon
Pepper powder – a pinch
Salt – as needed
Water – as needed
Preparation:
Cook masoor dal, water, salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker. Add oil in a pan and add jeera to it. Add savala, green chilly spilt to 2, tomato and fenugreek leaves and sort well. When sorted well, add the cooked masoor dal, lime juice and pepper and serve.
