
Olan is a dish that is nutritious as well as tasty and can be given even to small children. Olan can be prepared in different ways. This olan is prepared using pumpkin, pappaya, purple bringal and green chillies. Cut the pappaya, pumpkin and green chilly in a long way. Cut the bringal into round pieces. Add some oil and cook all this for some time. Add some water. Add some oil or some coconut milk to it then.
