
Ingredients
1.Mathan Ila – one handful
2.Coconut – 3 table spoon
3.Green chillies – 2
4.Onion ( cut small) – 1
5.Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
6.Salt – as required
7.Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
8.Curry leaves – 1 strip
9.Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Method of preparation
Clean the leaves and chop it. Add the ingredients from 2 to 6 to the chopped leaf and mix well. then heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seed and allow to splutter. Then put the mathan ila into it and sauté for some time. Then cook it by steaming it
