
Ingredients
Potato – 3 ( boiled, peel the skin off and cut in to small square pieces )
Water – 240 milli
Salt – as required
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – 10 cloves ( cut into small pieces)
Oil – 3 table spoon
Onion – 1 no ( chopped into small pieces)
Method of preparation
Take oil in a pan and heat. Add onion, garlic and fty. Add all the other ingredients and cook well and can remove from the stove.
