
Ingredients:
Potato – 2
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Jeera – 1/2 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Chat masala – 1 tbsp
Oil
Salt
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes longitudinally. Marinate it with the masalas. Add oil in a pan. Add jeera seeds and let it splutter. Add the potato pieces to this. Add green chilly. Close the lid and cook for some time. Add some more oil when it is almost cooked and fry again.
